Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC) is seeking a Full-time Resident Services Coordinator for multiple Delaware properties in Dover, DE. The role centers on advancing housing stability and resident empowerment, with trauma-informed care and strong customer service as core requirements.

The RSC will connect residents to critical supports, collaborate with management teams, track outcomes, and participate in quarterly meetings, while upholding equity and strong community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in human services preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience in program coordination or human services.
• Experience with nonprofit housing is preferred; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services to support housing stability, health and wellness, and financial mobility.
• Develop resident referrals, follow-ups, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Collect data, track outcomes, and report to meet program standards.
• Respond to on-site emergencies and support crisis response.
• Engage residents, build partnerships, and participate in meetings.
