AKAM Living Services, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Resident Services Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL. This full-time role handles resident and visitor reception, answers questions, routes calls, and supports administrative tasks with a professional and friendly demeanor.

The position requires HS Diploma, proficiency with Word/Outlook/Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Assist with mailings.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front Desk Resident Services Coordinator supports the property by managing all resident and visitor operations and reception responsibilities, cordially and professionally answering questions, routing calls, assisting with various administrative functions, and working on special projects as needed. This is a full-time role working Mon to Fri from 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Address inquiries from clients and residents, provide resolution, and follow up when needed, to ensure resident satisfaction
• Answer phone in a pleasant manner and direct calls to appropriate person
• Greet and announce visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Receive and log package deliveries
• Interact with external vendors, and direct them to appropriate location
• Maintain working relationship with internal maintenance staff, and facilitate communication with other departments
• Support administrative office staff as needed
• Maintains a clean reception area and conference rooms
• Assist with mailings
• Work on special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Organized, detail- oriented, and able to multitask

Requirements:

• HS Diploma (or equivalent) is required
• Proficient with Microsoft MS programs; Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess critical thinking skills, discretion, and trustworthiness with confidential information
• Must be able to lift to 30 lbs
• Bilingual (in Spanish) a plus but not required
