Job summary

Gorman & Company, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support two affordable housing communities, Avenida del Sol and Ruby Vista in Denver. The role focuses on youth and family programming, connecting residents with resources, and building a welcoming, service-minded culture.

You will work 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, four days per week, collaborate with property management and community partners, maintain records, and ensure Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth, youth services, community programs, or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills strongly preferred.

We’re looking for an approachable, service-minded Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at two of our multifamily affordable housing communities, Avenida del Sol and Ruby Vista. This role is especially focused on creating meaningful programs and connections for youth and families while helping residents access resources that promote stability, wellness, and a strong sense of community.
