Job summary

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for Monteagle Ridge Estates in Niagara Falls, NY. The role supports the Community Manager to promote the property, engage residents, and ensure compliance with HUD and related regulations.

You will process move-ins/move-outs, manage files, renewals, and certifications while maintaining a welcoming environment and accurate records for a multifamily property.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affordable housing (HUD, LIHTC, RD required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Strong leasing, financial, and bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in creating a welcoming, safe environment for residents.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and security deposit documentation.
• Maintain organized resident and property files including verifications and renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and annual recertifications.
