Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents and families, coordinating services across clinical, social, and administrative tasks.

You will perform case management, collaborate with care teams, and help residents navigate community programs, with a focus on aging well.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in case management.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program (gerontology, psychology, recreation therapy).
