Job summary

Mutual Housing California is seeking a dedicated Resident Service Coordinator in Sacramento, CA to connect residents with housing stability, benefits, and community programming. The role supports mediation, coordination with property management, and creating leadership opportunities within the community.

We offer a Kaiser-based benefits package, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401K with company match up to 6%, and a schedule of 30+ hours per week, Monday–Friday. Compensation is $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in social services (property-based experience a plus).
• Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low-income communities.
• Strong communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided).
• Driver’s license required.
• Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check.

Location: Mutual Housing on the Boulevard - Sacramento, CA 95824

Hours: 30+ Hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Job Summary:

Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.

Responsibilities:
