Mutual Housing California is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator in Davis, CA to help connect residents with housing stability, benefits, budgeting support, and community leadership opportunities.

The role emphasizes outreach, mediation, and collaboration with property management to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Degree and 3 years of housing-based social services experience or associate, bachelor, specialized certificate, or master's degree and 2 years of housing-based social services.
• Secondary language is preferred but not required.
• Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities.
• Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• CPR/First Aid, Food Safety, and Mandated Reporter certs (provided).

Responsibilities

• Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals.
• Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management.
• Build relationships with residents and host community‑building activities.
• Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans.

Position: Resident Services Coordinator

Location: Davis, CA, this role will be located at Moore Village & the Westerner Properties, potentially others in Sacramento County

Hours: 40+ Hours per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: $25.13 per hour

Job Summary: Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
