Abode, one of the largest and effective nonprofits working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator for our program in Palo Alto, CA. The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for the provision of housing stabilization services to households who are homeless and/or low income. The Coordinator provides a variety of services to increase housing stability including counseling, referral to financial and credit counseling, referral to legal services, and developing individualized housing plans that include a path to permanent housing stability following financial assistance. This position also coordinates services to ensure participants are connected to other necessary supportive services.
