Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a full-time Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) role for our residential portfolio in Lowell, MA. The portfolio consists of 520 units for families and the elderly. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. The RSC’s primary focus is to provide information on community-based resources and assist the resident population in accessing those resources. The RSC will network, collaborate, and build partnerships with the local and extended community to bring additional services and support to our residents. Additionally, the RSC will serve as the community’s activities coordinator, developing and facilitating various types of programming for a range of populations and needs.
This role will also work closely with the Engagement & Empowerment Program Manager for Coalition For A Better Acre and serve as a liaison on tenant relations, engagement, and empowerment. Responsibilities will include community outreach; assist with the planning of large scale community events, meetings, and workshops; assist with increasing voter registration; and promote and attend Acre neighborhood meetings.
