Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in Bethesda, MD seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate psychosocial support and assessments for residents. You will build referral networks and educate residents on advanced directives, ensuring high quality care and safety across the community.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in social work within healthcare, with preference for geriatric knowledge.

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, through direct referral or by the review of incident reports
• Conducting assessments of potential residents
• Recommending appropriate levels of residency
• Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety
• Developing referral networks within the community for available services
• Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents

• Compensation: $54,940 to $70,000 annually, to commensurate with experience
