MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a Community and Supportive Services Coordinator to develop and implement programs addressing residents' social and recreational needs, advancing MRK's mission of community and improved living quality. The role supports the Apartment at Mills in Burlington, NJ and the Westampton community in Westampton, NJ.

Qualifications

• College degree and a minimum of three years of experience in human services.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Sound interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Models company mission and values.
• Coordinates implementation of supportive service plans across properties.
• Develops networks with community-based service agencies.
• Creates a resident service provider directory.
• Provides case management and referrals to residents.
• Maintains liaison with non-profits and governmental agencies.
• Promotes on-site educational events on health, job search, and life skills.
• Assists residents and councils with program development and fundraising.
• Trains residents and coordinates tenancy-related responsibilities with management.
• Establishes volunteer programs and pursues professional development.
