Job summary

Ingerman Group is seeking a Community and Supportive Services Coordinator to develop and implement programs addressing residents’ social and recreational needs, in line with MRK Management Company’s mission to foster community and enhance living quality.

You will support the Apartment at Mills in Burlington, NJ and our Westampton community in Westampton, NJ, coordinating services, referrals, and partnerships to empower residents’ success.

Qualifications

• College degree; minimum of three years in human service.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Models company mission and values.
• Coordinates the implementation of supportive service plans across properties.
• Develops networks of community-based supportive and social service agencies.
• Creates a resource directory of service providers for residents and management.
• Provides general case management and referral services to residents in need.
• Links residents to service providers offering job readiness, training, health screenings, budget counseling, parenting support, and education opportunities.
• Prepares reports on supportive service activities and liaises with housing agencies and oversight committees.
• Promotes on-site educational events including healthcare topics and life skills training.
• Assists residents and councils in establishing programs, training, and fundraising.
