Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP invites applications for a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents through community-based services and partnerships with local providers.

You will develop programs, conduct outreach, and coordinate service delivery to meet the needs of diverse residents in the Miami area. This role emphasizes collaboration, crisis support, and program development within a housing context.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or social services settings.
• Experience with affordable housing preferred.
• Ability to work in complex, nontraditional settings.
• Ability to collaborate with residents, management, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supportive service programming with residents, management, and providers.
• Provide outreach to identify individuals who need services and recruit volunteers.
• Liaise with local human service providers and represent TRG on task forces.
• Coordinate service delivery with local providers and partners.
• Maintain information on services available to residents.
• Oversee crisis intervention, case management, and follow-up with referrals.
• Support resident efforts in community building initiatives.
• Identify funding for new and expanded programs in development.
• Assist staff in understanding goals and programs for resident services.
• Attend meetings and participate in special projects as required.
