Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of resident programming and events across its growing portfolio of apartment communities. This role operates as the creative and logistical engine behind portfolio activations, building scalable programs and securing brand partnerships.

You will manage calendars, coordinate vendors, track KPIs, and ensure events reflect the TRG brand voice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or community management.
• Ability to plan and execute multiple events across locations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to budgeting and scheduling.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident programming and events across the TRG portfolio.
• Develop monthly programming calendars for each property.
• Identify scalable opportunities and partnerships for events.
• Track KPIs like attendance, satisfaction, renewal impact, and social media.
• Prepare run-of-show documents, briefs, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure events are resourced and communicated.
