Job summary

National Church Residences in Philadelphia is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to coordinate programs and services that help residents age in place, under supervision of the Property Manager/ Staffing Manager.

This role builds partnerships with community agencies, develops resource directories, organizes educational events, and ensures residents receive timely support while maintaining dignity and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two+ years experience in social services for elderly and/or families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs and activities for residents on a group basis.
• Serve as a liaison to community agencies and seek out new services for residents.
• Monitor ongoing provision of services and document progress for each resident.
