Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a Part Time Resident Services Coordinator for London Square Apartments in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on coordinating resident services, connecting residents to community resources, and assisting with employment and educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family populations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Drug screening and criminal background check required.

Responsabilités

• Provide intake, education on services available and referrals to community service providers.
• Assist residents with employment opportunities, job training and resume development.
• Coordinate educational opportunities for residents on health care, credit, life skills, safety and related topics.
• Maintain a Resource Directory of local service providers and inform residents about available services.
• Assist office staff with administrative duties including filing, phones and data entry.
• Greet and assist prospective residents and help with resident renewal and retention programs.
