Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC in Erie, PA is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator for Richford Arms Apartments. The role develops and coordinates support services, collaborates with property management, and forges partnerships with local organizations to promote resident well‑being and housing stability.

Ideal candidates have experience with older adults, strong communication, data usage, and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults and dealing with isolation, health and social determinants of health.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with residents, staff, volunteers and community partners.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to assess programs and inform strategies.
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new tools for programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and resources.
• Build relationships with residents and connect them to local resources.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations and manage contracts.
• Support residents and seniors to maintain housing stability.
• Manage program budgets with property management.
• Complete resident assessments and communicate via newsletters and calendars.
