Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years equivalent housing experience.
• Experience with older adults and housing environments.
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and resources and refer to appropriate services.
• Build relationships with residents to understand goals and connect with resources.
• Create partnerships with local organizations for community engagement and contracts.
• Support residents at multifamily properties and seniors to maintain housing stability.
• Lead coordination of resident support on housing stabilization and lease-related issues.
• Collaborate with property management to develop program budgets.
