Job description

The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to match participant needs.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
