Job summary

Quantum Real Estate Management in Washington, DC is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to assist residents in obtaining services and benefits to maintain independence, including information, advocacy, and aging in place.

You will coordinate services, educate the management team, plan programs, transport residents using the property bus, prepare HUD reports, and represent Quantum with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish a trusting relationship and maintain confidentiality with residents individually and as a group.
• Coordinate services and advocacy to meet residents' needs and inform them about available resources.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities for residents and the community.
• Educate property management staff on aging in place and services coordination.
• Transport residents to activities using the property bus and conduct home visits as needed.
