Job summary

TELACU Residential Management, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to support elderly and disabled residents across TRM housing communities. You’ll manage 504 accommodations, develop care plans, and partner with social services to coordinate care. Strong advocacy and communication are essential.

The role emphasizes case management, community outreach, and partnerships with healthcare providers to promote aging in place and access to resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to advocate, organize and problem-solve.
• Strong written and verbal communication in accessible language.
• Experience with older adults and special needs populations.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and address issues affecting daily life.
• Initiate 504 processes for accommodations and document outcomes.
• Develop Supportive Services Plans to aid aging in place.
• Assist in grant writing, proposals, and reporting tasks.
• Provide case management and update needs as residents age.
• Create community resource directories and educate residents.
