TELACU Residential Management, Inc. (TRM) seeks a Senior Housing Services Coordinator (RSC I) in Los Angeles to provide supportive services for elderly and disabled residents across TRM communities.

The role advances resident well-being, coordinates 504 accommodations, and collaborates with social service partners. A BA/BS in social work, gerontology, psychology, or counseling is required, with strong communication and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology or Counseling.
• Ability to advocate, organize and problem-solve.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and address their daily needs.
• Initiate 504 accommodation process and coordinate with staff.
• Develop supportive service plans and resource directories.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, SNFs, and community providers.
• Maintain reports and data per HUD and policy.
