JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products timely and with minimum required call-backs or re-work, by using the most up to date robotics and automation technology.
• Integrate Automation Solutions: Identify opportunities to integrate automation solutions into the repair and maintenance processes.
• Collaborate with automation engineers and specialists to understand and implement robotic systems that can enhance the efficiency of lift truck diagnostics
• Troubleshoot Robotic Systems: Develop expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to robotic systems used in lift trucks
• Communicate with the customer and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical background is required.
• Possess basic programming skills relevant to robotics and automation technology
• Strong background in working with robotics and automation of equipment.
• Must have knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems and charging systems.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to complete accurate paperwork.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

WORKING CONDITIONS:Hours will be 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
