Peabody Resident Services is seeking a part-time Resident Service Coordinator working 20 hours a week at apartment communities in Lowell, MA, to coordinate programs, assist residents with obtaining services, and collaborate with community agencies.
Qualifications include a B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services (preferred), or a four-year college degree. An Associate's degree and/or a MA licensed Social Worker may be considered with 5+ years of direct experience as a Resident Service Coordinator in housing or with the target population.
We seek candidates with 2-3 years of experience in social services delivery with elders, families, and/or persons with disabilities, demonstrating results through a concrete problem-solving approach, along with a working knowledge of supportive services and community resources. Strong communication, organizational, writing, and computer skills are required.
