Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Security or emergency response training preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certifications preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of facilities for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Patrol interior and exterior of buildings and respond to requests for assistance.
• Investigate unusual or suspicious circumstances and lock/unlock doors as needed.
• Prepare logs and reports; continuously update records following incidents or inquiries.
• Coordinate with 911 and other responders during emergencies; follow Aging in Place protocols.
