Shea Properties is seeking a Service/Maintenance Technician (Resident Repair Hero) for on-site maintenance at our Livermore, CA apartment community. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and perform general building upkeep to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Typical duties include maintaining grounds and pool areas, handling trash and curb appeal, and providing friendly customer service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily maintenance or related field preferred.
• Plumbing, HVAC, EPA knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with standard maintenance tools and equipment.
• Organizational and communication skills.
