This role combines tenant communication, problem-solving, rent collection, and coordination with property management and resident services teams. Pittsfield, MA | Full-time | Direct Hire Salary: $42,000-$47,000 annually You will handle rent accounts, conduct apartment showings, assist with annual recertifications, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Associate degree or background in Business Administration or Social Services.
• Two to five years of experience in real estate, property management, or social services.
• Management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a point of contact for tenants, address concerns, and help resolve conflicts.
• Monitor rent accounts and follow up on unpaid rent and maintenance fees.
• Conduct apartment showings and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Support annual resident recertifications and collect required documentation.
• Enforce lease terms and community guidelines, issue required notices, and attend court when necessary.
• Visit properties weekly and work with internal teams to connect residents with support and maintain compliance with housing requirements.
