• Receive, log, and investigate inquiries via multiple channels.
• Determine inquiry type and initiate resolution tracking.
• Notify stakeholders within required timeframes and follow up regularly.
• Investigate and resolve resident inquiries or complaints.
• Document actions in internal software and HUD iREMS.
• Assist with monthly HUD tracking logs and reports.
