Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a Ward Clerk to manage resident records and supplies for nursing services in our Florida facility. You will support the Medical Records Department, upload EMR documents, and coordinate resident appointments while delivering excellent customer service to residents, families, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident records and EMR documentation and upload lab results/MARs.
• Schedule resident appointments and transportation.
• Maintain and organize resident records and forms.
• Support the Medical Records Department as assigned.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents, families, and staff.
