Job summary

J&M Property Management is seeking a Porter Tech I - Housekeeping to ensure move-in readiness and maintain clean, safe common areas across our properties. You will inspect units and clean halls, windows, elevators, and lobbies, supporting residents and the team.

Work with Leasing and Maintenance to access empty units, follow safety protocols, and complete custodial tasks as needed to uphold company standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial or housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with MSDS and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of properties from top floor to bottom.
• Follow a schedule for routine cleaning to rotating properties.
• Coordinate access to empty units with Leasing and Maintenance.
• Perform custodial work in common areas, offices, restrooms, and vacant units.
• Report safety issues or repairs to Management.
