Qualifications

• No specific education required; ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• If not fluent, must demonstrate understanding of instructions through observation or supervisor verification.
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and perform light irrigation and furniture alignment.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas and remove debris.
• Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to service requests promptly.
