US Storage Centers seeks an energetic Assistant Manager/Property Manager to drive facility sales, manage rentals, and deliver first-rate customer service. The role includes on-site housing at select locations and a clear path for growth within Westport Properties, Inc.

• Deliver outstanding customer service — phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property — including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.

Full- Time | $23.00 to 24.00/hour + housing accommodations provided! | Monday– Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday 8:30AM-5PM | Closed Sundays

What You Will Do

Physical Requirements

This role involves a mix of office and outdoor work. You will sit or stand for extended periods, walk the property daily, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. You should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Other Requirements

This person will travel to our national Training Center in San Antonio, TX for their first week of the job (expenses paid for by company). Must have a Real ID or Passport for air travel.
