Job summary

US Storage Centers is seeking a Property Manager Self Storage to oversee day-to-day operations at our facilities. You will market and rent storage spaces, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining curb appeal.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work weekends, and willingness to travel 0-10%. We offer a robust benefits package including health/dental/vision/life, 401(k) with match, and on-site housing at select locations.

Job Title: Property Manager Self Storage

Reports to: District Manager

FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Status: Full-time

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends

Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Travel: 0-10% of the Time

Job Description

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers

Requirements

• Effective 5/7/25 MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center

Physical Requirements

• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
