Job summary

US Storage Centers in Oregon is seeking a proactive team member for a full-time on-site role. The position focuses on driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling daily office tasks in a busy self-storage facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a reliable transport. Prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus, and there is room for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service — phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property — including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.

What You Will Do

Physical Requirements

This role involves a mix of office and outdoor work. You will sit or stand for extended periods, walk the property daily, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. You should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
