TRG Management seeks a property manager to coordinate all activities and ensure leasing and operations meet contractual obligations. You will oversee tenant relations, maintenance requests, leasing processes, and reporting.

The role emphasizes driving occupancy, quality service, and timely communications across a diverse portfolio, with a base salary plus a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in daily operations.
• Affordable Housing experience is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Assume the role of primary coordinator to ensure all activities fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations.
• Direct day-to-day activities, including tenant relations, coordination of repair and maintenance requests, and preparation of accurate status reports.
• Oversee leasing activities: interview prospective residents, show apartments, explain occupancy terms, complete leasing agreements, and manage the entire leasing process.
• Prepare annual recertification documents and vacancy reports.
• Inspect premises periodically and coordinate marketing or property promotions.
• Maintain organizational and communication standards with a customer service-oriented approach.
