607 Cedar Crest Village, Inc. in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a Community Resources Manager to lead resident-focused programs and services, driving engagement and quality of life for residents.

You will develop activities, events, clubs, and organizations, manage calendars and information for residents, coordinate space with other departments, and guide new residents through the purpose of Community Resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience (volunteer or public service).
• Experience with the senior population preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for residents interested in developing new activities, events, clubs, and organizations.
• Provide leadership and support for Resident Services, Community Resources, volunteer programs, wellness and fitness initiatives, and other resident-focused programs.
• Maintain and distribute calendars, event listings, and activity information to residents.
• Facilitating communication regarding activities/events to residents through bulletin boards and other channels.
• Educating new residents on the purpose of Community Resources.
• Maintain records and track statistics related to participation.
• Coordinate space for events with Catering and other departments.
