Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Community Resources Manager to lead resident-focused programs and services, creating engagement, personal growth, and an enhanced quality of life for residents.

You will coordinate activities, events, clubs, and partnerships, collaborate across departments, and help residents voice ideas, while maintaining calendars and tracking participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience (volunteer or public service).
• Experience with the senior population preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for residents interested in developing new activities, events, clubs, and organizations.
• Provide leadership and support for Resident Services, Community Resources, volunteer programs, wellness and fitness initiatives, and other resident-focused programs.
• Maintain and distribute electronic and paper-based calendars, event listings, and activity information to residents.
• Facilitating communication regarding activities/events to residents through bulletin boards, display cases, and other channels.
• Educating new residents on the purpose of Community Resources.
• Maintain appropriate records and track statistics associated with resident participation in activities.
• Collaborating with Catering Manager and other departments to coordinate space for events.

Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Community Resources Manager and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day. In this role, you’ll provide leadership and support for resident-focused programs and services while creating opportunities for engagement, connection, personal growth, and an enhanced quality of life.

You’ll serve as a key resource for residents, helping bring their ideas to life through new activities, events, organizations, and programs both within and outside of the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader who enjoys building relationships, developing creative programs, and helping residents live fulfilling, active lives.

Compensation: $67,000 - $72,000 annually plus an annual performance-based bonus.

How you will make an impact

• Serve as a primary resource for residents interested in developing new activities, events, clubs, and organizations.
