Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, TX, seeks a Resident Services Manager to provide leadership across Resident Services, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program and Wellness initiatives, guiding efforts to elevate resident engagement and quality of life.

You will recruit and supervise staff, assess resident needs with a strengths-based approach, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with teams to promote holistic well-being for independent living residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Resident Services and related departments to enhance resident engagement and quality of life.
• Develop and maintain a qualitative needs assessment of the population and respond effectively to identified needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support staff across all divisions of Resident Services.
• Foster strong relationships with new residents to promote successful integration into the community.
