Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care preferred.
• Current Oklahoma CNA certificate preferred.
• Oklahoma current driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete Resident Interest Worksheets for new residents within 7 days of move‑in.
• Orient residents to the engagement program and opportunities.
• Promote programs to maximize resident participation.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
