Milestone Retirement is seeking an Engagement Assistant to support resident activities in our Independent and Assisted Living communities. You’ll help residents participate in meaningful programs, coordinate outings, and assist with events that enrich daily life.

Reporting to the Engagement Specialist, you’ll promote programs, organize outings, assist with transportation, and ensure safety. A HS diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least three years in

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Services, Business, or related field.
• Three years’ experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• CDL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support resident activities in Independent and Assisted Living communities.
• Coordinate outings and assist with events that enrich residents’ daily lives.
• Complete Resident Interest Worksheets for new residents within 7 days of move-in.
• Orient residents to the engagement program and opportunities.
• Promote programs to maximize resident participation.
• Assist with transportation and mobility during outings.
• Ensure safety and follow Safety Committee standards.
