Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator - Media Specialist to coordinate and promote independent living programs, activities, and events for residents. You will create event publications and manage intranet/digital signage content, helping residents access resources and participate in community life.

Responsibilities include coordinating with schools and community groups, training residents on the intranet, planning activities, and supporting the Director

Qualifications

• Coordinate and promote independent living programs and events.
• Create event publications and a monthly calendar.
• Train and assist residents with the Resident Intranet and digital signage.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate programs with the outside community including schools, musical organizations, youth groups, and other organizations/individuals.
• Create event publications including a monthly calendar to meet the programming needs of residents.
• Manage meeting room reservations requested by residents and staff.
• Create and maintain all Resident Intranet and digital signage content.
• Train and assist residents in using the Resident Intranet. Assist residents with orientation and use of the resident business office.
• Assist in planning and executing community activities and events. Provide special event coordination for community programs. Direct and supervise volunteer programs.
• Assist the Resident Services Director with budget research and preparation.
• Provide clerical support including but not limited to filing, sorting, typing, sending and receiving faxed documents for residents, recording information, and maintenance, ordering, and training for office equipment.
• Prepare and distribute resident announcements.
