Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented student intern or entry-level assistant to support Resident Program Operations in confirming coverage limits and policy status provided by tenants. You will monitor client files, respond to questions from clients and carriers, and review documents for accuracy under supervision.

• Currently enrolled in a business program (risk management, finance, accounting, or marketing).
• Superior written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client files for timeliness, open items, accounting and audit records.
• Respond to client and carrier requests/questions within ability/knowledge timely.
• Review documents such as policies, changes, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as determined by client and brokers needs.
