• Follow up post-binding requirements issued by carriers.
• Ensure agency files are documented per QMS procedures.
• Relay information from retailers to licensed team members.
• Prepare renewal letters and collect completed applications.
• Transmit policies issued by markets/carriers to retailers.
• Assist with market submissions by compiling information from retailers.
• Handle follow-up tasks and escalate issues to licensed team members.
