Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a monthly activity calendar.
• Interact with residents respectfully across care levels.
• Coordinate events for residents, families, staff; assist community relations as requested.
• Transport and supervise residents on outings, shopping trips, and doctor’s visits.
• Mentor staff and volunteers; provide training and guidance.
