Job summary

One Medical is seeking a physician candidate recently out of residency for our Phoenix offices. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute and chronic visits, both in-person and via tele-health, while participating in weekly rounds and cross-functional collaborations.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, technology-enabled delivery, and a strong learning culture with mentoring, progression, and ongoing CME support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed the Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency within the last year.
• Board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine resident, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take next exam.
• Arizona state medical license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a mix of acute and chronic care.
• Conduct in-office visits and occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in ongoing clinical rounds and team huddles.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues as needed.
