One Medical seeks dedicated primary care physicians fresh from residency for roles in Phoenix offices. You will manage patient panels, deliver care across acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and participate in ongoing mentorship and a structured learning plan.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board eligibility: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take next exam.
• Arizona state license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad range of needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when applicable.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
