Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix is seeking current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residents/fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 for full-time roles in our Phoenix offices.

You will manage patient panels, conduct acute and chronic visits, including in-office and tele-health visits, with weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements include Arizona license, Board Eligible status, and completion/near-completion of a Family or Internal Medicine residency in the last year.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed within the last calendar year and scheduled to take next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before start date at One Medical.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute and chronic care and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers; conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
