Job summary

One Medical in Phoenix is recruiting current Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Phoenix offices. You’ll work in a tech-enabled, supportive environment with a robust onboarding program, mentoring, and an individualized learning plan to advance your career.

The role is full-time, with a base salary range of $170,400 to $268,425 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Arizona, obtained before your One Medical start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education

Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/ Pediatrics

Board Eligible or completed residency within last year

Arizona medical license or eligible before start date
