Job summary
One Medical in Phoenix is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our Phoenix offices full-time. You will manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and well visits, conduct procedures in-office, and collaborate with in-person and virtual teams while participating in weekly Clinical Rounds.
You must be enrolled in or recently completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency and be Arizona-licensed or eligible.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Board eligibility or recent residency completion with next available board exam.
- Arizona state medical license obtained before start date.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
- Leverage clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
