Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program. This Optum Care Delivery team position offers mentorship, exposure to value-based care, and a path to post-residency employment with Atrius Health.

You’ll work in a system driving population health initiatives and Quadruple Aim outcomes, with support to practice autonomously within a national organization while maintaining local care

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts—open to other areas as well

Responsibilities

• Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training
• Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice easing transition from training into practice
• The customized program will be completed at Atrius Health facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care
